Returns & Exchanges Policy Jewelry Lover
This policy applies to all purchases made through Jewelry Lover. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges To request a return, exchange, or refund, you must contact us at info@jewelrylover.shop within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, include all original packaging and components, and be returned in a safe and appropriate shipping package. Jewelry Lover reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Return Procedure All return requests must be initiated by contacting our customer service team at info@jewelrylover.shop before sending any items back. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
3. Return Shipping Costs Unless otherwise stated or in cases of verified defect or error, original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
4. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale) Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discount periods, custom-made or personalized jewelry, and earrings or pierced jewelry are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
5. Product Representation We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or device display differences. Such variations do not constitute a defect or a valid reason for return. If you have any uncertainty regarding color, size, or material, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to purchase
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. After review, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
7. Refund Processing Time Approved refunds or exchanges may take up to 14–30 calendar days depending on the nature of the request and processing times of financial institutions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
8. Shipping Responsibility & Lost Packages Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, the risk of loss or delay transfers to the customer. In the event of a lost or delayed shipment, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier. Jewelry Lover will provide all necessary documentation and assistance required to support the claim process.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes We encourage customers to contact us directly at info@jewelrylover.shop before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks, as most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support team.
10. Final Provisions Jewelry Lover reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
